AR Team Lead who would be leading a team that provide AR services. This role will be crucial to successfully continue and enhance the operations and building trust with the customers and the key stakeholders in the market. Communication and being able to provide guidance & ability to lead by example will be essential, therefore fluent English language skills, as well as functional expertise is required.

The scope of the role will include:


  • Leading the team of Specialists, setting their goals and reviewing performance
  • Aligning business objectives with the day to day operations, in terms of flagging potentials risks, roadblocks, any areas of concern
  • Collaborating with teams in the assigned region as well as other global services centers to align on best practice and key insights
  • Managing your own portfolio of customers via available integrated tools in SAP
  • Providing analysis, reports, insights as well as documentation for audit purposes as well for credit reviews
  • Managing escalations - chasing open items and raising any quality issues
  • Create and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders within complex, matrixed organization

  • Previous experience in Receivables and Collection Management
  • Fluent English
  • People management skills acquired in a team coordinating/leading role
